Since joining McLaren in 2016 as an executive director before stepping up as CEO in April 2018, Brown has been at the forefront of steering McLaren through challenging times. Under his guidance, McLaren has risen to become one of the foremost teams in the Formula 1 paddock, notably positioning itself as a formidable competitor behind the dominant force of Red Bull Racing last season.
